We believe that diving straight in is the best way to learn. Not only do our interns receive educational mentorship, but they also gain experiential training as they will be asked to assist staff in day-to-day duties and responsibilities directly. Our interns participate in weekly investment committee meetings along with long-term learning projects, perform due diligence and conduct critical analysis.
