Amanda is a Vice President, Client Advisor in Whittier Trust’s Philanthropic Services department providing philanthropic advisory and administrative services to our high-net-worth individuals and families. She specializes in philanthropic planning and administration, providing guidance for clients who wish to formalize their charitable giving process or enhance their existing philanthropy. Amanda supports foundations and DAFs so clients can feel confident in their philanthropic endeavors.
Amanda has ten years of experience with non-profit organizations, where she focused on strategic planning, program development, and measuring impact. Before Whittier Trust, she spent several years at CARE International and was most recently a consulting firm, supporting non-profit clients’ strategic plans. She joined Whittier Trust in 2021.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego, obtained a Master’s of Public Service from the University of Arkansas, and received her Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation from The American College. She is also in the process of completing her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation (CTFA™) from the American Bankers Association.
