Neva is an Assistant Vice President, Client Advisor in Whittier Trust’s Orange County Office. She is responsible for assisting in the administration of trusts, overseeing family strategy and structure, and next-generation education. She is primarily responsible for providing high-touch family office services.
Before joining Whittier Trust in January 2022, Neva built a strong foundation in financial services at Bank of America, where she advised consumer and small business clients on strategic wealth management. She was instrumental in delivering financial education initiatives to help families and businesses optimize their strategies. Prior to her career in banking, she led sales and operations for a boutique catering firm, overseeing business development and cross-border operations in the U.S. and Canada.
Neva earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. In August 2024, she obtained the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation from the American Bankers Association and is currently pursuing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Beyond her professional commitments, Neva is passionate about philanthropy, dedicating her time to organizations that support youth in foster care, refugee communities, and initiatives focused on education, creativity, life skills, health, and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and planning family gatherings.
